Minutes of the Regular meeting of the Town Board of Cincinnatus held January 5, 2023 at the town hall commencing at 7:00PM.


Present: Luann King, Supervisor

                     Mark Christian, Councilperson

                     Mike Stafford, Councilperson

Ron Constantino, Councilperson

Jonathon McKee, Councilperson

Recording Secretary: Carolyn Nowalk, Town Clerk


Also Present: Steve Mudge, Highway Super.



  1. Call to Order, meeting was called to order by Supervisor King at 6:43pm.

  2. Approve minutes of Public Hearing 12/8/22

A motion to approve Item #2 was made by M. Stafford, seconded by R. Constantino.

Ayes: Stafford, Christian, Constantino, King, McKee

Nays: 0 motion carried


  1. Approve minutes of Regular Meeting 12/8/22

A motion to approve Item #3 was made by M. Christian, seconded by J. McKee.

Ayes: Stafford, Christian, Constantino, King, McKee

Nays: 0 motion carried


  1. Financial Reports: Town Clerk, Water Clark, Justice – reports attached

A motion to approve Item #4 a – d was made by M. Stafford, seconded by J. McKee.

  1. Public Commentary: none

  2. Report:

    1. Highway – new box on Mack is working well, school bus driving over seasonal road right now when it is not safe

    2. Water – pump is about 2 weeks out

    3. Planning – Fred Griffin discussed what the planning board has been working on

    4. Code Enforcement – report attached

    5. Beautification – none

    6. Joint Youth –  basketball in full swing with lots of participants

    7. Attorney – none

  3. Old Business – end of year transfers made:

A motion to approve end of year transfers was made by M. Stafford seconded by J. McKee.
