The Town of Cincinnatus is located in upstate central New York and is one of the 19 municipalities in Cortland County. With a population of 1,051 people, the Otselic River is central to the town. The school which serves Cincinnatus and other neighboring towns is located in the Town of Cincinnatus.

The Town Clerk’s Office will be CLOSED on Tuesday June 18th. 

Please obtain a building permit before you do any construction. If a permit is not obtained, a stop work order will be issued.
