NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON COMPREHENSIVE PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Cincinnatus will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Cincinnatus Town Hall, 2770 Lower Cincinnatus Road, Cincinnatus, NY, for the purpose of hearing public comments on the proposed Town of Cincinnatus Comprehensive Plan. The proposed Comprehensive Plan has been introduced by the Town Board pursuant to Town Law 272-a and is available for public review at the Town Clerks office and the Town Library. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Cincinnatus will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 28 at 8:00 PM (or immediately following the Comprehensive Plan hearing) at the Cincinnatus Town Hall, 2770 Lower Cincinnatus Road, Cincinnatus, NY, regarding Local Law No. 4 of 2026, titled: A Local Law Establishing a Temporary Moratorium on Smoke Shops Within the Town of Cincinnatus The purpose of this Local Law is to impose a temporary moratorium on the establishment, opening, permitting, licensing, or operation of smoke shops within the Town while the Town reviews and updates zoning and business regulations. The proposed Local Law is adopted pursuant Municipal Home Rule Law 10 and Town Law 130. A copy of the proposed Local Law is available for public inspection at the Town Clerks Office.
