The Town of Cincinnatus is located in upstate central New York and is one of the 19 municipalities in Cortland County. With a population of 1,051 people, the Otselic River is central to the town. The school which serves Cincinnatus and other neighboring towns is located in the Town of Cincinnatus.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON COMPREHENSIVE PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Cincinnatus will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Cincinnatus Town Hall, 2770 Lower Cincinnatus Road, Cincinnatus, NY, for the purpose of hearing public comments on the proposed Town of Cincinnatus Comprehensive Plan. The proposed Comprehensive Plan has been introduced by the Town Board pursuant to Town Law 272-a and is available for public review at the Town Clerks office and the Town Library.
