Others Present:  Wayne Landers; Steven Mudge, Highway Superintendent arrives at 6:28pm

1. Call to Order, Public Hearing was called to order by Supervisor King at 6:05pm.

3. Present Dissolution of Lighting District – attached 

4. Public Participation – None

5. Adjournment, Public Hearing was adjourned by Supervisor King at 6:29pm.
