Planning Board meeting minutes 9/1/22

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by David Steiginga to call the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

Ayes: 3 Nays: 0     motion carried

A motion was made by David Steiginga, seconded by Jason Tuning to accept the meeting minutes of 8/4/22.

Ayes: 3  Nays: 0     motion carried

Billy Vanwagenen presents a survey for property he plans to buy from his uncle on Knickerbocker Road where he wants to build a house.  The Planning Board talks to him about his plans and advises him to complete subdivision paperwork with his uncle and submit with payment for review.

Carolyn will offer future meeting dates to the Town Attorney and see if he can attend one of them.  Upcoming meetings are 10/6, 11/3 & 12/1 at 6pm.

The Board discussed some properties that raise concerns.  Enforcement and penalties for properties like these were discussed, such as appearance tickets and fines.

The Board will put together a list of questions and concerns for the town attorney as well as a list of things they would like to focus on, including the updating of the Master Plan.

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by Fred Griffen to adjourn the meeting at 7:02 pm.

The next meeting of the Cincinnatus Planning Board will be October 6, 2022 at 6pm at the Town Hall.
