A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by David Steiginga to call the meeting to order at 6:03 pm.

Ayes: 4 Nays: 0     motion carried

A motion was made by David Steiginga, seconded by Fred Griffen to accept the meeting minutes of 5/5/22.

Ayes: 4  Nays: 0     motion carried

Jason said that the board should be expecting a subdivision application for the Mead property.

The Board discussed their concerns with some properties, The Bennett and the Route 41 property.  They will look at other towns’ laws and see if we can strengthen our laws.

Everyone will review the master plan.  Fred stated that in the trainings he attended this year it was stressed how important a town’s master plan is.

A motion was made by Fred Griffen, seconded by Jason Tuning to adjourn the meeting at 7:11pm.

The next meeting of the Cincinnatus Planning Board will be July 7, 2022 at 6pm at the Town Hall.
