A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by Fred Griffen to call the meeting to order at 6:01 pm.

Ayes: 4 Nays: 0     motion carried

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by Fred Griffen to accept the meeting minutes of 4/7/22.

Ayes: 4  Nays: 0     motion carried

Ricky Yale came to discuss him purchasing some of the land his brother, Randy Yale owns on Telephone Road.  It is the property that has already had a well drilled where Kurtis Yale was going to build.

The Board advised Ricky Yale that his brother, Randy will need to have the land surveyed and apply for a subdivision. 

The proposed changes to the solar laws were reviewed and spelling corrections made.

A motion was made by Fred Griffen, seconded by Dave Steiginga to accept the proposed solar law changes as written and present to the Town Board at their next meeting.

Ayes: 4  Nays: 0     motion carried

Tim Bearup discussed some violations that he has issued and some problems with existing properties.

The Board advised Tim Bearup on some properties that they would like him to send letters to the owners outlining the violations and the steps needed to correct them.

A motion was made by Fred Griffen, seconded by Dave Steiginga for Time Bearup to proceed with sending letters to property owners with code violations as discussed.

Ayes: 4  Nays: 0     motion carried

A motion was made by Fred Griffen, seconded by Wayne Landers to adjourn the meeting at 7:36pm.

Ayes: 4  Nays: 0     motion carried

The next meeting of the Cincinnatus Planning Board will be June 2, 2022 at 6pm at the Town Hall.
