Planning Board meeting minutes 4/11/23

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by Wayne Landers to call the meeting to order at 4:06pm.

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by Fred Griffen to approve the meeting minutes of 3/9/23.

Ayes: 4

Nays: 0 motion carried

We are in a Solar Moratorium for 6 months from the date it was put in place.

Fred would like to recommend to the Town Board that we adopt State Property Maintenance Laws & Regulations.

A motion was made to make this recommendation to the Town Board by Fred Griffen, seconded by Jason Tuning.

Ayes: 4

Nays: 0 motion carried

David will work on drafting a standard form letter to send to residents whose property has visible maintenance violations.

The Board will go through the sections of the zoning laws and propose changes/additions.

Future meetings of the Planning Board will be held on the first Tuesday of each month at 4:00pm.

The next meeting will be May 2, 2023 at 4pm at the Town Hall.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:10 pm was made by Jason Tuning and seconded by Fred Griffen.
