Call to Order, meeting was called to order by Supervisor King at 6:29pm.

Shared Services Agreement Emergency Assistance New York Transportation
A motion to approve Shared Service Agreement was made by R. Costantino, seconded by J. McKee.

Review Court Records and Dockets Section 2019-a of Uniform Justice Court Act
A motion to approve Court Records and Dockets as presented was made by M. Stafford, seconded by M. Christian.

Resolution from Cortland County strongly opposing the Governor’s proposal for the State to retain the eFMAP funding, leaving all counties to have to fund the Enhanced Medicaid cost.
A motion to approve backing the resolution from Cortland County as presented was made by M. Stafford, seconded by R. Constantino.

Supervisor King calls to order the Yearly Water District meeting at 7:00pm.
Tyler Mudge and Shelby Mudge give their proposed options for price increases for water.
A motion to approve the price increase option #2 as presented was made by M. Stafford, seconded by M. Christian.

Supervisor King adjourns the Yearly Water District meeting at 7:17 pm.
Legislator Eccleston gives an update on things at the County level. He states Telephone Road will be redone this summer Solon to Doran Hill Road. He discusses the possible impacts of eFMAP, updates the Board on the repairs being made to the Courthouse and states that the redistricting plan has resulted in 15 legislative seats.
