he Regular meeting of the Town Board of Cincinnatus held December 8, 2022 at the town hall commencing at 7:00PM.

  1. Call To Order; the meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Supervisor King.

  2. Approve the minutes of the 11/10/22 public hearing.  

A motion to approve the 11/10/22 public hearing minutes was made by Ron Constantino, seconded by Mark Christian.

Highway – All trucks ready for winter, except Mack which is supposed to come back on Monday.

Water District – proposed meter price increase is presented and attached.  Randolph is working on the 1 well that is down.

A motion was made to approve the water meter price increases effective immediately by Mike Stafford, seconded by Mark Christian.

Beau Harbin from Cortland County Legislator presented the Board with information on the upcoming redistricting project.  Those materials are attached.  The Town Board expressed their opinion that 15 is a number of Districts that they are comfortable with.


  1. Warrants – Warrants were presented and discussed, any questions were answered.  

A motion was made by Mike Stafford, seconded by Mark Chrsitian to approve the warrants as presented.
