A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by Wayne Landers to call the meeting to order at 6:05 pm.

Ayes: 5 Nays: 0     motion carried

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by David Steiginga to accept the meeting minutes of 11/3/22.

Ayes: 5  Nays: 0     motion carried

The planning board discussed the existence of mobile homes and campers within the town.

The board discussed junkyards, and properties within the town who have excessive “junk”.

At this time the Planning Board will put the Master Plan on the back burner and work on writing and/or proposing additional local laws regarding mobile homes, campers, junk yards and properties with excessive debris, vehicles etc.  The focus will be on Article 6 and 7 in the planning binders.

A motion was made by Fred Griffen, seconded by Patrick Waiter to adjourn the meeting at 5:20 pm.

The next meeting of the Cincinnatus Planning Board will be January 3, 2023 at 4pm at the Town Hall.
