Planning Board meeting minutes 11/3/22

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by Fred Griffen to call the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

Ayes: 5 Nays: 0     motion carried

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by Wayne Landers to accept the meeting minutes of 10/6/22.

Ayes: 5 Nays: 0     motion carried

Keegan Coughlin discusses with the planning board some questions and concerns they have about several properties in the town.  Keegan answers their questions and gives suggestions and options for moving forward.

The planning board is still awaiting the completed paperwork from VanWagenen.

Carolyn will make a binder for Patrick Waiter.

The board would like to convert all of the documents into their binders into word documents so they will be easier to make changes to.  We will work on this.

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by Dave Steiginga to adjourn the meeting at 7:07 pm.

The next meeting of the Cincinnatus Planning Board will be Tuesday December 6, 2022 at 4:00pm at the Town Hall.
