Minutes of the Public Hearing of the Town Board of Cincinnatus held February 23, 2023 at the town hall commencing at 6:30PM.

1. Call to Order, Public Hearing was called to order by Supervisor King at 6:30pm.

2. Present Proposed Local Law #1 of 2023 – attached – Establishing a moratorium prohibiting the approval or expansion of certain uses within the Town of Cincinnatus pertaining to Solar, Wind or gas Energy.

3. Public Participation – None
