A motion was made by Fred Griffen, seconded by Wayne Landers to call the meeting to order at 6:05 pm.

Ayes: 3 Nays: 0     motion carried

A motion was made by David Steiginga, seconded by Wayne Landers to accept the meeting minutes of 9/1/22.

Ayes: 3  Nays: 0     motion carried

Carolyn had all planning board members verify their contact information so we can be sure the town website is up to date.  The official town website being www.townofcincinnatus.org

The planning board is still awaiting the completed paperwork from VanWagenen.

The board would like to convert all of the documents into their binders into word documents so they will be easier to make changes to.  Carolyn will talk with Daniel about the possibility of doing that.

Edits to the draft application were discussed.  Carolyn will send them to Alex at County Planning and have him update the draft form.

The Board worked on making a list of questions for the town attorney for when he attenda our meeting next month.

The Board discussed changing the meeting day back to Tuesday, will discuss more next month when Jason is present.  Benefits to that would be on Tuesdays Tim and Carolyn are both already here in the office.

Fred discussed what he thinks the board should work on first in the Master Plan.

A motion was made by Fred Griffen, seconded by Patrick Waiter to adjourn the meeting at 7:07 pm.

The next meeting of the Cincinnatus Planning Board will be November 3, 2022 at 6pm at the Town Hall.
