A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by David Steiginga to call the meeting to order at 6:02 pm.

Ayes: 4 Nays: 0     motion carried

A motion was made by Fred Griffen, seconded by Jason Tuning to accept the meeting minutes of 6/3/22.

Ayes: 4  Nays: 0     motion carried

Michael Shaffer came to discuss the proposed subdivision of Robert Mead property by his estate (see sketch plan attached).  Mr. Shaffer requested that the Town not require a survey of all the land due to the high cost estimate he was given ($16,000) and the fact that 3 of the 4 parcels will not be put on the market.  Tim Bearup stated that surveys are not always required for a subdivision, they can be done after at the time of sale, that is a town decision.

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by Fred Griffen to recommend approval of the Mead subdivision, according to the attached sketch plan, to the Town Board, with the decision regarding a survey being up to them.

Ayes: 4  Nays: 0     motion carried

Ricky Yale came to discuss the subdivision of his brother Randy’s property on Telephone Road; he has a survey completed but needs to finish the subdivision application.

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by David Steiginga to recommend approval of the Yale subdivision to the Town Board, with Ricky bringing all paperwork to the Town Board meeting himself.

Ayes: 4  Nays: 0     motion carried

Tim Bearup updated the planning board on several properties within the town.

A motion was made by Jason Tuning, seconded by Fred Griffen to adjourn the meeting at 7:30pm.

Ayes: 4  Nays: 0     motion carried

The next meeting of the Cincinnatus Planning Board will be August 4, 2022 at 6pm at the Town Hall.
